You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 3β7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Note: Certain items like innerwear, personal care, or clearance sale products may not be eligible for return.
π Return Process
- Contact us at shop@luverseecommerce.inor WhatsApp within the return period
- Share your Order ID and product images (if damaged/incorrect)
- Our team will verify and arrange a return pickup (if applicable)
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund/replacement
π° Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after quality inspection of returned items
- Prepaid orders β refunded to original payment method
- COD orders β refunded via bank transfer or UPI
- Refund processing time: 5β7 business days
π Replacement Policy
- Replacements are subject to stock availability
- If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
π Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost
- If the return is for personal reasons (size issue, change of mind), return shipping may be charged
β Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products (by customer)
- Items without original packaging/tags
- Final sale or clearance items
β Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12β24 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
